Thank you T-Mobile. I was ready to leave your service because I wanted to upgrade my phone. Your people at your store locations were so knowledgeable and comforting about my limited knowledge on new phone features. I since purchase a BlackBerry Curve and I'am committed to really learn and do more with my device. The bottom line is that I have used your store locations for help, your numerous websites, and most impressive, your tech support line. I have never been so impressed with the patients, courtesy, and giving of all your T-Mobile family members. Well Done!!!!!!

Suggestion; Promote the value of your customer service and when you use the term CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT, make the words in gold bold letters.

Thank you all again, your second term family member, Rag
