[...] A quick glance at this positively anonymous Moto candybar isn’t going to stir any emotion, but a closer look reveals something pretty important — as its name implies, the W233 “Renew” is made from a lot of renewable stuff. Both the packaging and the phone itself are made of materials designed to reduce impact on our lovely planet, a trend picking up a nice head of steam in the mobile biz these past couple years. Rumor has it this low-spec (and hopefully low-cost) handset will be launching on February 4. [...]

[...] We know already that T-Mobile and Motorola are getting greener. The new Motorola W233 Renew is a good example. The Motorola Renew features the industry’s first mobile phone housing made from plastic that contain recycled water bottles and the device is the first certified Carbonfree cell phone.. (BUT IS UGLY). The Motorola Renew is basic mp3 player phone with not camera and external memory card (up to 2GB). I was surprised that this phone also features Crystal Talk technology and 9 hours talk time… means your charge less but still is an ugly phone. Grandma, I found your present!!. The Motorola Renew is coming this Feb 4th [...]

  9. Samsung T929 Memoir Specifications : T Mobile News & Phone Reviews From Cell Phone Signal on January 29th, 2009 4:33 pm

[...] Last we heard, T-Mobile  getting the Samsung Memoir T929 on February 18th., but the newest internal documents are sadly pointing to February 25th., a week later. Then we know that the Samsung T929 will not support java and the browser will be the same as the Behold. The only difference between the Behold and the Memoir will be the camera, a backup and E-mail, finally. Both will use the same UI, witch matches the TouchWiz. Now WiFi. Hope T-Mobile will add this important feature before Feb 25th. [...]

[...] W233 Renew, is only a low-end one, far from the likes of Samsung Memoir and BlackBerry Curve 8900, release on Feb 11th and Feb 25th respectably. If the new candybar looks familiar it’s probably because you’ve seen the [...]
