TmoNews recently got their hands on some great screenshots of what seems like T-Mobile’s internal inventory system. While we see all our expected devices, such as the G1 and Dash, we also see some exciting new devices that will be heading to T-Mobile’s shelves shortly. The above screenshot reveals the T-Mobile Dash 3G kit. A Dash-like device with 3G could be…well, unstoppable! We are excited to see the great efficiency of the Dash, with sexy speeds of a 3G device. 

Up next we have the first screenshot. Take a look:

 

 

 

So what do we have here? Lets start with the beauty that we often call the Touch Pro 2. Like we saw with the last T-Mobile system screenshots, an inclusion in the inventory list does not particularly verify that the device  will be heading to T-Mobile’s shelves, although we feel confident that all phones on this list will be heading T-Mobile’s way. The Touch Pro 2 will be a nice addition to T-Mobile’s ever-expanding touchscreen lineup. Above the Touch Pro 2, we see the T-Mobile MyTouch 3G. Although that was not the first time we had seen that name, we were not expecting the T-Mobile Magic G2 to be released under that name. Either way, we are excited for all 3 phones revealed by these great screenshots, and we welcome more that we hopefully have heading our way!

Well well well, what do we have here? Today the HTC Magic, showing some sexy pink and gray T-Mobile USA branding and sporting T-Mobile USA 3G bands, passed through the beloved FCC filters. The HTC Magic, codenamed “Sapphire,” is the first T-Mobile device to pass through the FCC with both T-Mobile 3G, AND UMA. Lucky day indeed for T-Mobile users, what more could you ask for?

How about a CellPhoneSignal, 100% confidant confirmation that the HTC Magic will arrive on T-Mobile’s network as the big brother to the current T-Mobile G1. As the next in T-Mobile’s line of Android handsets, so far the HTC Magic is living up to our expectations with the few features we know. Specs include:

With a slew of T-Mobile G1 news coming in, and a wee bit of speculation over G2 announcements, today has been a big day for the T-Mobile Android G series. The news coming hot of the presses is revolving around an official announcement about the T-Mobile G1 Cupcake update coming in April 2009. A spokesperson for T-Mobile apparently stated that “We will be offering G1 users the firmware update sometime in April.”

Exciting news for sure, but when is the last time T-Mobile announced a big update in a quick little sentence such as that. What will the Cupcake update include, you ask? Well according to TalkAndroid, the update will include:

 

  • Onscreen keyboard
  • Video recording
  • Voice recording
  • Ability to save MMS attachments
  • Stereo Bluetooth

Are you as excited about all these new features for the T-Mobile G1 as we are? Of course you are. If you have been considering picking up a G1 but have been a bit turned off by the price, our friends over at IntoMobile may have saved your day. Amazon.com is selling the T-Mobile G1, the first Android phone in the world, for $97.99. Of course we’re hoping they are trying to sell through G1 stock in anticipation of a G2 release coming down the pipes soon. Speaking of the T-Mobile G2…
Boy Genius Report just published some nice speculation that T-Mobile will be announcing their 2nd Android device, the G2, at CTIA. We’re not going to throw our guesses into the mess until we have some more solid information, but April doesn’t sound like a bad release frame in the least.
