According to comments made by René Obermann, CEO of T-Mobile USA may start offering the iPhone as soon as later this year or early 2011. The iPhone has been a really popular device since the first time they launch it. Now that agreedment between AT&T and Apple will be end, T-Mobile is looking forward to carrying it. But T-Mobile is now focusing on Andriod devices like the new Samsung T959, (or Behold 3) and possibly an new LG phone that just recently passed FCC with AWS bands.

Is the iPhone coming with AWS 3G bands? … T-Mobile and other few carriers are the only ones that use AWS 3G bands. For that reason, we doubt that apple will make a new iPhone only for those carriers supporting 1700/2100 3G bands. We just hope the iPhone will arrive on T-Mobile’s network, with only EDGE or 3G..

Many of you probably own an iPhone , but how many of you are on AT&T ? How many of you want to switch companies but becuase you love the iPhone you can’t. I believe that is gonna end soon.

AT&T’s exclusive hold on the iPhone is coming to an end, and speculation is bubbling as to which U.S. carrier will get the iPhone. Verizon has been hot tipped to take over the iPhone, but the latest iPhone-trashing campaign for the Motorola Droid could mean it’s not going to happen. What is the other carrier left ?…. Yes, T-Mobile.

Analyst Dough Reid tells The Street that he sees T-Mobile as a potential home for the iPhone. Raid said : “Apple wants to move away from exclusivity; T-Mobile would achieve this for Apple in the U.S.,”…. that makes completely sense.

Apple wouldn’t have to manufacture a different iPhone to run on T-Mobile’s network, as the GSM version of the iPhone that runs on AT&T would work. To offer the iPhone on Verizon’s network, Apple would have to manufacture a new device. But what about the 3G bands that T-Mobile uses. iPhone uses 850/1900 HSDPA while T-MO uses 1700/2100. I wonder if Apple would make any modifications about the 3G bands.

We just hope and Apple apply the non- exclusivity here in the USA, like it did it in Europe.

So far i am using the iPhone 3G on T-Mo network and not problems with that.

Nearly two weeks after submitting the app to Apple, Facebook’s totally revamped 3.0 application is finally live on the App Store. You can download it now using itunes or App Store from your ipod touch or iPhone.

The new application brings a slew of new features, making it what may be the most useful app on the App Store.

Now you’ll be able to look up where your Events are, and you can also respond to them and see which of your friends are attending (for anyone who has ever had to boot up the web version of the site just to look up an Event address, this is a big deal). You can also post video directly to the site if you have an iPhone 3GS.

You can also call or text your friends (the ones are storage in your iphone contacts) directly.

Smaller changes include a News Feed that more closely reflects the feed you’ll find on the main Facebook site, as well as the ability to “Like” items your friends have created.

One feature that users will be missing is Push Notifications, which we suspect will be rolled out in version 3.1, which Hewitt is already working on. There will also be support for landscape mode in the upcoming release, and we may also see support for the ability to watch Facebook videos from the phone (right now you can only upload them).

This times is the Yahoo Messenger. We are still waiting for MSN messenger, But now Yahoo just launched its Messgner applications.

Now people that love Yahoo can use their favorite company’s tools all in their purple-yellow glory. Not that you couldn’t access most of these services from some other app or via mobile web, but native app is the best way to go.

Anyway, to grab Yahoo’s iPhone apps, simply search for “Yahoo” in iTunes and take it from there…
