T-Mobile is adding new phone recently, like the new color refresh of the Samsung Gravity 2, Nokia Nuron 5230, and soon a new Android phone from Motorola, The Cliq XT with physical keyboard. Now T-Mobile is preparing a new USB modem. Not Happy with the Jet, the magenta carrier will launch the WebConnect Glide or UMG 1691.  The new USB modem will feature Quadband GSM/EDGE, compatible with HSDPA/HSUPA. As other USB modems, the WebConnect Glide will feature a slot for a micro SD memory card, up to 8GB.  Not official news from T-Mobile about when or price the Glide will be released. Seams like Huawei together with Dell are working together to bring you a Notebook (EM770U) with Global 3G bands, including T-Mobile 3G ASW. Huawei is launching a Mobile broadband EM770U compatible with Quadband GSM/EDGE and 850/1900/1700 (Band II, IV and V) HSDPA/HSUPA used by AT&T and T-Mobile. But, this broadband is going to be built in on a Dell Laptop. This is going to be one of the first laptops compatible with AWS WCDMA bands.

There were some rumors about some Dell laptops coming with T-Mobile 3G bands. That day is getting closer.

Continuing its 3G expantion coverage, T-Mobile will launch soon a second USB stick, the webConnect Jet. Back at CES 2009, where CPS was present, we showed you the first picture of the new USB stick made by Huawei. In addition, in June, another USB stick passed FCC ( the GI0452)with T-Mobile 3G Bands. Now a new model its coming and for sure, it will be available for T-Mobile USA, the Huawei UMG 1691.

The new webConnect Jet will support quad band GSM/EDGE and Dual band UMTS/HSDPA 1700/2100 used by T-Mobile USA.

No word about price and when it will be launched are available.

T-Mobile UK this morning announced the Pulse, the first pay-as-you-go Android 1.5 smartphone and the third coming from the network operator.

Available for £180 starting October exclusively on T-Mobile, it boasts a 3.5″ HVGA touchscreen display, the biggest yet on an Android handset, a 3.2-megapixel camera, GPS, and more.

The new device comes courtesy of Huawei, which had been rumored to be working with T-Mobile since displaying a device at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona earlier this year.

Also, there is another version that will probably will come to T-Mobile USA as U8220 or T-Mobile Pulse too.

More details about the device:

The phone runs on a Qualcomm’s MSM7200A chipset and weighs 130g. It features a trackball and a 3.5″ HVGA touchscreen display with auto-rotation.

The T-Mobile Pulse also features a 3.2 mega pixel, auto-focus camera (no flash) that allows photos to be uploaded straight to the Internet, a 2GB internal memory and a micro SD card slot for storing media. The handset also offers access to corporate e-mail through the Road sync client, and boasts enhanced social networking and community features.

The T-Mobile Pulse will be available across T-Mobile territories. Monthly contract rates still need to be determined, but the purchasing price is £179.99.

Motorola is also expected to announce Android devices this or next week, HTC is working on more devices, there’s Lenovo, Dell, Archos, Acer, Sony Ericsson, and more. Google has stated that there will be at least 18 phone models using Android worldwide by the end of this year, so expect to see many more Android handsets from these and other manufacturers launching this Fall.

We know already that Huawei is ready to launch its new Android device exclusively for T-Mobile, at least in Europe, the new T-Mobile Pulse.

The new T-Mobile Pulse (U8220) or just Pulse is the new and first Android phone from Huawei. We told you about this phone here and here. Rumors about the Pulse coming to T-Mobile USA are still not clear but we know that it will come to T-Mobile in Europe.

The new T-Mobile Pulse will feature:

900, 1800 and 1900 GSM/EDGE/GPRS

HSPA/UMTS Band I (2100) and Band VIII (850)

WiFi

Bluetooth 2.0

Dimensions : 116mm (L), 62.8 mm (W) x 13.0 mm (H)

There is not specification about this device will support Band IV (1700/2100) used by T-Mobile USA. Perhaps, TMO USA will get the EDGE version.

Just when we were ready to go on our weekend….Woah woah woah, what is this? Looks like a Huawei device with a T-Mobile product name: T-Mobile Pulse. Not that we didn’t know that we had a Huawei device heading our way, but this is one of the first concrete pieces of information that we have seen. The eagle-eyed folks over at Phandroid snatched this shot from Wi-Fi.org. We have been hearing more and more about the U8230, yet pictured above we see the U8220. Although we’re not certain on what this means, this is definitely a good sign that we should see this slick looking Huawei Android device in the coming months. Specs are rumored to include:

• 3.5-inch touchscreen
• Wi-Fi (duh)
• Bluetooth
• 3MP camera
• 256MB of built-in memory
• MicroSD up to 16GB
