T-Mobile internal computer screenshots reveal exciting new devices

TmoNews recently got their hands on some great screenshots of what seems like T-Mobile’s internal inventory system. While we see all our expected devices, such as the G1 and Dash, we also see some exciting new devices that will be heading to T-Mobile’s shelves shortly. The above screenshot reveals the T-Mobile Dash 3G kit. A Dash-like device with 3G could be…well, unstoppable! We are excited to see the great efficiency of the Dash, with sexy speeds of a 3G device.

So what do we have here? Lets start with the beauty that we often call the Touch Pro 2. Like we saw with the last T-Mobile system screenshots, an inclusion in the inventory list does not particularly verify that the device will be heading to T-Mobile’s shelves, although we feel confident that all phones on this list will be heading T-Mobile’s way. The Touch Pro 2 will be a nice addition to T-Mobile’s ever-expanding touchscreen lineup. Above the Touch Pro 2, we see the T-Mobile MyTouch 3G. Although that was not the first time we had seen that name, we were not expecting the T-Mobile Magic G2 to be released under that name. Either way, we are excited for all 3 phones revealed by these great screenshots, and we welcome more that we hopefully have heading our way!

HTC Maple ROM leaked – Heading to T-Mobile as 3G Dash

WMExperts got their hands on the ROM for the upcoming T-Mobile Dash 3G (often referred to as the Maple, Captain, or the Snap), and of course spilled the saucy details they uncovered. With a confirmation that the HTC Snap is heading to T-Mobile’s shelves, they dug up the following details:

‘Internal codename for T-mobile is “Captain” (akaMaple aka Snap aka Dash 3g)
Model number for HTC is S522
The much hyped “Inner Circle” files are not in the shipping ROM (!)
“A new feature…lets you send an Audio Postcard to your contacts, You take a picture from the camera, the camera will then give you a selection of boarders you can add to it. From there you can add a 60 second audio clip the the picture. And send it to either an email or a MMS account.”‘

Exciting news for those craving some nice Windows Mobile 3G love. With a rumored release date of July, the 3G Dash should provide users with some more options to T-Mobile’s ever-expanding 3G network. Stay tuned for more specs and release date news!

Spy Shots of T-Mobile Dash II

T-Mobile is planning to launch soon a new version of the T-Mobile Dash. We don’t know it this is going to called T-Mobile Dash II or it is just a new color refresh. Few weeks ago, we told you about the new dash coming to T-Mobile and it seems to have almost the same features of the original Dash. BRG just gave us the first spy shots of this new Dash (II) coming soon.

TmoNews forums told us about the new Dash II coming to T-Mobile USA. This new version about the Dash, according with other member of their forum, claims that it will be almost identical with the original version of the Dash, That is a shame. We don’t know why T-Mobile will improve it’s HTC Windows Mobile devices. Like the new Shadow II, almost the same like the Shadow I, the only difference is the UMA part.

The Dash II will come with Windows Mobile 6.1 standard. and probably the same processor of the original Dash ( sloooww)
