Blackberry Pearl 9100 coming to T-Mobile?

By: t-marco February 2nd, 2010

As we told you before, RIM is getting ready for the launching of its new Pear Series device, the Blackberry 9100, or Pearl 3G. So far we had seen pictures of the 9100 with 850/1900 3G bands ( same as AT&T and Rogers use). Now, thanks to The cellularguru.com, there is another version of the 9100 with 3G bands, 1, 4 and 8. ( T-Mobile and Wind use AWS band 4, 1700/2100).  This is going to be, not only the first 3G Pearl, but it will be the first Blackberry phone that supports 802.11 n.

Don’t forget also that T-Mobile will replace the 8900 for the Blackberry 8910

Blackberry Pearl 9100

This is exciting.. Blackberry is planing to launch the first Blackberry Pear 2 with 3G bands . Checking and reviewing the wap uaproof for the Blackberry 9100 we found something BIG.  The new Blackberry 9100, aka Striker has 3G Bands I, II, V and VI  ( compatible with AT&T but not with T-Mobile). But that is not the only improvement. It will feature 802.11 b/g and n.  This is going to be the first Blackberry with WiFi 802.11n . Will be faster and smoother. I bet T-Mobile USA will get one version of the Pearl 2 with AWS 3G bands.

Everybody loves the Blackberry Curve 8900. It feels solid, faster respond and features WiFi calling and GPS. Seams like RIM is cooking a new replacement for the 8900, the new Blackberry Curve 8910. Bluetooth certifications has just passed this new smartphone. We have just a little information about this device. It will feature Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR.
