T-Mobile is planing to launch the new Android device by Samsung, the Behold 2 on Nov 18th for only 199.99 with 2 years contract or 449 without it. It features a full-touch model backed by a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, flash, and video recording, a 3.2-inch AMOLED display, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, and microSD expansion up to 16GB.  The Behold II features an adaptation of the company’s TouchWiz UI and has a 3D “cube menu” for rotating among common features like web browsing , YouTube access and Amazon music store.

Dell Mini 3ia passed FCC with AT&T 3G Bands

Dell’s Android handset is getting ready to show up on  AT&T. Today the FCC’s website has revealed the Mini 3i-a ( “a” stands for American Version )that  includes both 850 and 1900 MHz bands of UMTS as well as Wi-Fi on board. The Mini 3ia features a 3.5″ 360×640 touchscreen display, 3 megapixel camera, A-GPS and support for Microsoft Exchange. More news soon.

And T-Mobile, after losing a quite significant number of subscribers on the Q3, is preparing to offer great deals and new smart phones.  T-Mobile will push more the selling of the first Android phone by Motorola, the Cliq. Today, SonyEricsson has announced its new Android phone, The new Xperia X10.  Powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor and running on Android 1.6 “Cupcake”, the X10 boasts a 4″ WVGA capacitive touchscreen display, an 8.1 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, GPS. But, here is the good news. There are 2 versions of the Xperia X10, one with   UMTS HSPA 900/1700/2100 and UMTS HSPA 800/850/1900/2100. The first one is compatible with T-Mobile 3G bands, while the second with AT&T and other countries in Latin America.

Just few days ago ,Google announced the new Android 2.0 with new features like SDK support and a comprehensive list of changes in the latest version.  We are gonna see the new Android 2.0 running on the new Droid phone from Verizon and probably an update to the HTC Hero, but, the G1?.. Seams it works. Expect the new Android 2.0 ROM available on the XDA forums in the next days.
