Dell’s Android handset is getting ready to show up on AT&T. Today the FCC’s website has revealed the Mini 3i-a ( “a” stands for American Version )that includes both 850 and 1900 MHz bands of UMTS as well as Wi-Fi on board. The Mini 3ia features a 3.5″ 360×640 touchscreen display, 3 megapixel camera, A-GPS and support for Microsoft Exchange. More news soon.
The first week of November has been busy for phone manufacturers and carriers as they gear up, quite literally, for Nov. 27, the official first day of the holiday shopping season. And T-Mobile, after losing a quite significant number of subscribers on the Q3, is preparing to offer great deals and new smart phones. T-Mobile will push more the selling of the first Android phone by Motorola, the Cliq. The Samsung Behold 2, will not stay behind. It is going to launch on Nov 12th.
Today, SonyEricsson has announced its new Android phone, The new Xperia X10. Powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor and running on Android 1.6 “Cupcake”, the X10 boasts a 4″ WVGA capacitive touchscreen display, an 8.1 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, GPS. But, here is the good news. There are 2 versions of the Xperia X10, one with UMTS HSPA 900/1700/2100 and UMTS HSPA 800/850/1900/2100. The first one is compatible with T-Mobile 3G bands, while the second with AT&T and other countries in Latin America.
Today, T-Mobile started to offer the new Motorola Cliq for new costumers. Just few days ago The first Motorola Android phone, The Cliq, was only available for existing costumers for an upgrade. Now any one can get the Cliq. the price, 199.99 with 2 years contract (Even More plan) and 399.99 with not contract ( Even More Plus plan)
Just few days ago ,Google announced the new Android 2.0 with new features like SDK support and a comprehensive list of changes in the latest version. We are gonna see the new Android 2.0 running on the new Droid phone from Verizon and probably an update to the HTC Hero, but, the G1?.. Seams it works. Motorola has just launched, only for T-Mobile costumers, the new Motorola Cliq or Dext for other markets. The second is the Sholes, exclusively offered by Verizon Wireless. But, we now that Motorola is planing to launch even more phones. The third new Motorola phone (maybe Android) is called Devour, recently passed by WiFi alliance.
Today, the new Android phone, the Motorola Cliq is available for existing costumers via upgrade. 
There were rumors about that only pre-orders would be taken today, but it appears for all the world that T-Mobile is ready to start shipping the CLIQ to its loyal customers ahead of the November 2nd full release date.
