Today the BlackBerry Curve 8520 appeared on T-Mobile’s online store. The new Curve will offer BlackBerry’s 5.0 software, and will sport a 2.0mp camera, wifi, and a QWERTY keyboard. One of the main attractions to new Curve will be the updated track pad. As opposed to BlackBerry’s track ball that you role, you will simply have to move your finger across BlackBerry’s new track pad to move from icon to icon, or in certain applications, move your mouse pointer. The 8520 will be Available from T-Mobile this Wednesday, August 5th, 2009.

We love those days when you wake up and your Inbox is just full of screenshots and pictures of beautiful upcoming devices. We can thank “Twiz” for today’s screenshots. First up is the Samsung Gravity 2 launching on August 19th. For more specs and release information, check out our Upcoming Phones page. The Samsung T469 Gravity 2 is an affordable 3G Handset with a full QWERTY Keyboard. A slight upgrade for the original Gravity, the Gravity 2 offers a thinner, sleeker design with a slick slide out keyboard, 2mp camera, video messaging, GPS, Multi-shot camera, MicroSD, and more. After playing with the Gravity 2 for a couple days, we can say that typing is a breeze, and it definitely provides customers with a step up from the original Gravity. If you are a heavy texter and want a trendy cool device, you have found your match. Next up? Touch Pro2 screenshots!

It looks like they cut our screenshot off short, but after reading through the specs, we can assure you that we’re not missing anything ground breaking. As a replacement to the T-Mobile Wing, the Touch Pro2 will provide users with a touchscreen Windows Mobile 6.1 experience. With a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, you can stay on top of your e-mails and messages while not being forced to type on those tiny touchscreen buttons. Available on August 12th, the Touch Pro2 will be a great asset to T-Mobile’s smartphone lineup.
We had our suspicions that the Blackberry 8520 (Gemini) would be launching on August 5th, and with our newest screenshot surfacing, we can’t help but to confirm that 12 days from the time this is posted, you will be able to pick up your updated version of the Blackberry Curve. With Wifi, a new Optical Track Ball, 3.5mm Headset Jack, QWERTY keyboard, and of course so much more, the Curve 8520 will be an excellent entry level Blackberry for those who “need to balance work and life, while effortlessly staying connected to those who matter most.”

Of course this is not the first Blackberry 8250-related screenshot we have seen. More Screenshots and Specs after the jump! Only a few days ago, we spotted an internal promotional screenshot for the upcoming 8250:

Excited for this device yet? So are we! While it is obviously not a leap forward in high-end Blackberry devices, it is a step in the right direction from T-Mobile and Blackberry. You can pick up the 8520 in any T-Mobile store on August 5th, or at your local Walmart. Not interested in the Curve 8520? Your not alone! Check out all of T-Mobile’s Upcoming Handsets and Devices here!
