T-Mobile keeps fighting and remind everyone that the iPhone 4 ( including AT&T and Verizon ) does not run on 4G networks. T-Mobile has criticized the iPhone 4 for lacking the 4G radios. T-Mobile set up a dedicated website to highlight its HSPA+ smartphones and take a jab at the iPhone, which it notes is a 3G phone.

T-Mobile’s numbers come from a third-party speed comparison of networks in New York City and Atlanta. For the campaign, T-Mobile is pushing its lineup of so-called “4G” handsets, including the Galaxy S 4G, myTouch 4G, and Dell Streak 7.

The next generation iPad is suppose to arrive early next next, maybe Q1 2011. The new iPad model will run on both the GSM and CDMA based networks around the globe. This would allow the iPad to pick up 3G connectivity with virtually every major phone carrier here in the US, Europe, South America, and Asia
No wonder Rupert Murdoch is teaming up with Apple for an iPad only newspaper called Daily. At only $0.99 cents a week, the global reach of the Daily could be substantial.
Anyway, the next generation iPad with its CDMA and GSM will be capable of running off the 3G networks of T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint, here within the United States.
