I was in Texas when this happened and It was really wierd because the outage was very inconsistent and had different quirks for everyone in deffirent parts of the city I was in as well as my family members in New Mexico. New Mexico got it serve back faster about an hour and a half but in some parts of El Paso there were people that could call out, but not recieve calls or texts nor send texts and those with android devices did not get thier phone service back for almost 8-9 hours. Also it seemed that if you had a caller ring tone your service was also out for longer as well. I thank God I don't use this phone for business and I, nor my family had an emergency situation......Forget stick together T-mobile you need to get it together!!!! This is inexcusable. I have one more month to go! then off to Verizon or AT&T. I have been with Tmobile for over 2 years and they still can't get my caller ID fixed. Wehn I call a landline my name shows up as someone else. They told me that I need to call the phone companies and get it worked out that way. T-mobile is crap!
