T-Mobile voice and data completely DOWN! (UPDATED)

By: t-marco November 3rd, 2009

Stating aroung 4pm pacific time, T-Mobile service stating to go down in many places. My phone did not get any messages, phone calls or even emails. Also people in SF are reporting problems with the phones and T-Mobile @ home phones too. If you have both of them at home, you are screw!. sorry Jim.

Here is the Official statement from T-Mobile.

“T-Mobile customers may be experiencing service disruptions impacting voice and data. Our rapid response teams have been mobilized to restore service as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as more information is available.”

Update :

All services are now restored T-Mobile says only 5 percent of users were affected by the outage, though evidence  suggest that the number is higher. My service got back round 10 pm pacific time yesterday.

My service was down for about 30 minutes, and then it came back up just as I was leaving work (at t-mobile tech support no less)… No magic formula, I just powercycled. But yes, there is a global outage, it appears to be a rolling outage best I can tell and there's no actual estimate of the cause last I heard.

everyone that I know in Texas who has t-mobile lost service from 30 minutes to several hours. This is a HUGE outage. What caused this>

There is no "global" outage. My service has been fine all day here in Portland Oregon. Also T-Mobile says only 5% of it's subscribers are still having issues. It's not like other carriers have not had their issues before.

T-mobile is crap! I have one more month to go! then off to Verizon or AT&T. I have been with Tmobile for over 2 years and they still can't get my caller ID fixed. Wehn I call a landline my name shows up as someone else. They told me that I need to call the phone companies and get it worked out that way.

This is inexcusable. I was in Texas when this happened and It was really wierd because the outage was very inconsistent and had different quirks for everyone in deffirent parts of the city I was in as well as my family members in New Mexico. New Mexico got it serve back faster about an hour and a half but in some parts of El Paso there were people that could call out, but not recieve calls or texts nor send texts and those with android devices did not get thier phone service back for almost 8-9 hours. Also it seemed that if you had a caller ring tone your service was also out for longer as well. I thank God I don't use this phone for business and I, nor my family had an emergency situation……Forget stick together T-mobile you need to get it together!!!!

Link exchange is nothing else however it is only placing the other person’s web site link on your page at suitable place and other person will also do same in support of you.

Because the admin of this website is working, no hesitation very rapidly it will be well-known, due to its feature contents.
