I worked at TMS for a long time and I made a lot of money. The reason I am writing this is because I was part of honest Markets that had long term success! I am sure that certain Markets were shady but not the four that I worked in. We took pride in catching scumbags. TMS taught me a lot and I will never forget the people at TMS that made an impact on my life.

TMS WAS ALL FRAUD………SCAMMING WAS GREAT..I MADE SOME GOOD MONEY THERE AND CHUNKED DUCE BEFORE THE THE SHIP SANK..THANKS FOR PROMOTING DUMB N.S.D LIKE BERRIOS ALWAYS IN ON THE FRAUD AND CASHED HIS CHECKS……I HEARD HE MANAGES A SUBWAY..WAY TO GO LOSER

Being the smart guy Iam (lol) I go to the unemployment office and filed for unemployment. I told them everything and showed them how I given two forged seperation notices. TMS corportate office never replied to any of the letters sent from the enemployment office in my state and of course they awarded me unemployment, and I was getting $300 a week. At the time I was a college student and I didnt work for almost two years, getting unemployment due to the extentions in my state. I deserved it b.c. of the hell TMS put me through. Also when I was told not to come back, I did call the LP dept and turn off all the information I had on my mgr and others..it started a widespread investigation…many were fired, but I never knew the final outcome of it…

I worked for TMS from Sept 2007-March2008 and can tell you these people are not making up these stories. I wish I would have quit earlier, but I didnt. I stayed and thought things would get better and only got worse. I worked at three different locations in my market and there was wide spread fraud going on. Finally I had enough evidence that my mgr and other guy in my kiosk were doing SSn fraud and one day my mgr called and told me not to come back to work. He said my sales had slipped, eventhough I was selling above average. Then my mgr turns arounds and forged my signature on documents saying I quit, then signed another paper saying I "resigned".

I sure hope know one is still crying about TMS ending. IT WAS THE PLAN!!!! It was to make as much money as possible and then relax and enjoy life. If you did'nt thats your fault. Alot of you were overpaid anyway. Most of you were worthless! I'll see you at the Padres game. Well, if your were lucky enough to me in our circle = )

Right on Matt! I got paid and now enjoying life. Forget all these people that cried about the end. This is business. John had a plan and it worked. The plan was NOT for TMS to last that long. It went alot longer than we expected it to. Johnny Mac and myself are drinking the good stuff and traveling the world. Its all good on this end!
