I in New Orleans and been with T Mobile since 2002, customer service advised me I could not get on the plan because of my location and type of existing plan.
I pay $200 per month for 2 line unlimited voice and text. I was told they are targeting the $60 per month plans. I will be looking more into this.

This plan is available in Oregon not just California or Boston as some are saying which leads me to believe this is probably going nationwide. And Ted who said there was a catch, "I asked customer service, if I took this unlimited plan promotion, I will not be able to go back to my old plan without new contract."

Why would you want to go back to your old plan? This is the best plan on T-mobile if you qualify unless you don't think you can swing the $50.00 bucks per month. Sure there are cheaper plans but the minutes as you know will be waaay limited and if you end up going over or roaming (as often happened with me), you could end up paying that much or MORE anyway!

So I jumped at this plan. T-mobile does have an unlimited plan that is $99 per month. That is what I had before. I was looking to downgrade since times are tough and I fgured could probably get by with 1000 minutes for 49.99. I was really happy when I logged on and saw this awsome offer. I am NEVER leaving t-mobile. This is a great plan and since generally things increase in price over time and with inflation, holding onto this plan is what I will do...even if one day I end up with a corporate cell phone paid for by the boss.
