HA HA HA T-mobile. That's what you get for giving me crapy service. Quit paying Catherine Zeta Jones and those other celebrities and use that money to actually build a service that works.

I've been with them since 2006 and they use to be good. Just got off the phone with them about the coverage around Joplin, MO. They lost the deal with At&t towers. Our coverage has drooped tremendously and all they will say is; "we're not adding to that coverage area" Be warned this is happening all over and not just Missouri. They are talking about wasting money on buy a losing company like Sprint instead of reaching out to the customers they already have.
I foresee T-Moble going out of business within the next two years if they don't do something about the coverage areas they've lost.
As for myself and other friends and family we are switching to AT&*T or Verizon. Good luck T-Mobile I'll watch for you in the news in bankruptcy court.

T-mobile needs to quit getting ugly colored phones as well. Muave Berry? Orange? Lime? Whatever happened to Black, Silver, Brown, Blue, and Pink? Everybody else has much nicer line ups of phones in both looks and capabilities. the only thing T-mobile has to offer is the G1, mytouch, and motorola cliq, but get lets get real everybody else is getting android so they should prepare to lose a whole lot more, and don't let me get started on the whole project suck, oops I mean project black, what a joke. They started charging a lot more the andriod data plan is $40. GET LESS PLUS PAY MORE FOR SEVICE THAT GOES OUT AND PAY FOR YOUR PHONE AND DON'T SIGN A CONTRACT WHEN YOU ALREADY GOT BURNED ON THAT NEW PHONE. I WILL HOLD ON FOR ANOTHER QUARTER IF NOT ADD ME TO THE DEPARTED.
