T-Mobile launched webConnect Rocket 2.0, HSPA+ USB modem

Today T-Mobile launched the first HSPA+ full capable USB modem, the new webConnect Rocket 2.0. The webConnect Rocket 2.0 laptop stick features a convenient, space-saving swivel USB connector and works on T-Mobile’s advanced network, letting you connect at 4G speeds. You’ll experience data transfer speeds noticeably faster than typical 3G speeds on the T-Mobile HSPA+ network*. Plus, a built-in T-Mobile connection manager self-installs on PC laptops and Macs, to make it even easier to go from zero to fast! The webConnect data plans include unlimited Wi-Fi access on T-Mobile’s HotSpot network at thousands of locations nationwide.

This is also, the first USB modem with AWS and 1900-850 3G bands making the webConnect Rocket 2.0 a worldwide USB modem.
