well, normally you sign and agreement of don’t sell the phone and return it in. how ever, many people claim they lost the phone. then they proceed to sell it.

I guess is it’s a scam. Someone wins the bid, pays for the device and never gets it. How does T-Mobile allow these things to walk out the door anyway. Seems they’d have more control on who has access to them.
