It looks like the T349 isn’t the only thing getting welcomed into the T-Mobile family today. We are happy to say that we can welcome Catherine Zeta-Jones back to the T-Mobile family. T-Mobile just released a press release outlining their plans to save customers money on our bills, as well as a statement from Ms. Zeta-Jones herself. T-Mobile USA has been pointing their current and potential customers to a site that I have been using well before it became T-Mobile’s favorite: Billshrink.com. BillShrink takes information on your wireless usage, plugs it into an equation, and shows you the carrier that will provide you with the best service and compatibility for your usage. T-Mobile found that statistically, they were coming out on top a majority of the time due to their competitive prices, and began to point potential customers to check out the site. T-Mobile’s chief of marketing stated:
“We’re so confident that T-Mobile provides the best overall experience for a majority of Americans, we’re willing to put our value to the test by pointing people to an independent source. And while we may not come out on top each and every time, we believe a majority of people will see T-Mobile offers them the value they want, and the best experience in wireless.”
