I don't, normally, curse. So, I'll just tone down my attitude to say, the idiot who designed this t259 must have had a his mom as a boss.
When you get a call, it's so difficult to OPEN the damn thing in time to get the call that the person hangs up or it drops the call into voice mail. The edge is smooth … no lip, allowing the fingers to access key pad, easily. The smooth suface of the phone adds to the danger of dropping it, as you struggle to access the damn call! Bluetooth is a downright necessity. Also, you suddenly wake up to the fact the phone comes with no labels on the icons to tell you what they are for and no manual. The Start Guide tells you to "scroll" but fails to tell you HOW to scroll or where the scroll button IS. The Speakphone indicator is OFF when it says ON and ON when it says it's OFF.

I have heard Samsung takes a dim view of the customers that pay thier salaries. This disregard for customer satisfaction seems to back al that up.

A chimpanzee could have done a better job designing this phone. First of its nearly impossible to open if someones calling you because its so freaking slick, there is no edge to get a grip on which usually results in you missing the call before you open it or you getting it halfway open to where it answered then having it snap shut again terminating the call. The directional pad is tedious as all get out to use because its literally .2 cm in width (I measured it) the outside display only shows an analog clock which cant be changed. the charger port is right in the center of the phones right side which makes it difficult to use while charging plus the charger itself knocks out of the port way too easy. You cant turn off backlight dimming, it puts this stupid "web2go" feature as the first option for fucking everything even though its something I would never use. This whole phone is just a samsung taking a giant dump on its customers. It's a damn shame too because samsung usually makes very nice phones.
    Don't buy this phone.

When my cell was stolen I had no option but to upgrade to the T259. I have taken it back twice and who knows how much longer. The phone automatically turns off at any time of the day or night. When I took it back the first time, they said it was a software problem. So….continue to give me a defective phone. I agree, I will never use the web2go and wish it could be removed. Yes the analog clock can be changed, but I had to ask my adult child to do that for me! I miss my old phone.
