I loved the Rosie Project. Funny, I thought the book had a red cover…maybe there are several options? Wine, aaagh…can't wait til I'm done with this call week so I can finally have a glass! (we were out and stocked up right when I started call!) I've just finally bought into the concept of mindfulness (it just seemed so woo-woo catchphrase-du-jour) and the benefits it can have on focus, happiness, and health. I'm definitely looking into ways to increase my mindfulness & hope you post more about that. I have loads of fiction to recommend, I'm on goodreads, if you are on there you can find me (real me).
