myTouch Slide already available on T-Mobile, for 179.99 with 2 years contract

Right on time, T-Mobile just launched its new Android phone from HTC, myTouch Slide 3G. The new Android phone will come in 3 colors, red, black and white. This is a complete with a roomy slide-out QWERTY keypad, a trio of custom widgets, and an upgraded camera. The device slides in at 15mm thick and features a 3.4″ HVGA screen, Android 2.1, 5 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, 3G, and even a Genius button powered by Dragon Dictation.

    I just got the my touch slide and it is excellent. It is like a updated version of a g1

    Got the slide and its nice but I just cant stand the sense ui. It does have swype built in and I love that though so I went ahead and ordered a nexus and will return the slide once it comes in.

    Swype is built in. You just got to close the keyboard
