I have this phone and it is awful. I've had to replace it 5 times in the last 6 months. I have only had it for a year and have never dropped it on the ground, in water, nothing. Do not get this phone!!

got it for my grandma, she wanted a easier phone to use.
It's very simple, just flip it open, it turns on, you dial the number, it the little green phone icon, talk to person, close phone to hang up or it the little red phone icon. She is so happy!!!!! Something simple to use.
I think it is very nice too.
