Galaxy S 4G page already up!

By: t-marco January 27th, 2011

Few days ago, T-Mobile confirmed its new Samsung Galaxy S phone, this time running under T-Mobile’s 4G network.  T-Mobile claims this will be :

*T-Mobile’s first smartphone capable of delivering peak download speeds of up to 21Mbps.

*The fastest smartphone running on America’s Largest 4G Network.

*Rich entertainment experiences at even faster speeds.

*The Galaxy S 4G is T-Mobile’s fastest available smartphone.

Well, we have to wait until this is released. Hope this time the GPS works much better than the Vibrant. BTW, not more Vibrant name. Just Galaxy S 4G

TELSTRA has upped its NextG mobile broadband network speeds.again this time to a theoretical 21Mbps..Now everyone knows theoretical network speeds are nothing to go.by with even Telstra admitting that typical download speeds will.vary between 500Kbps and 8Mbps in selected CBD metro and regional.areas ..Beyond these unspecified selected areas youll get only 3Mbps .until 8Mbps goes nationwide over the coming months and to get.8Mbps youll need Telstras new Turbo 21USB modem..It has a jack for connecting the supplied external antenna plus.an external slot for the SIM card and another for a microSD card -.with a 1GB card supplied. Phone 125 111 or visit .Commit to memory. If youre looking for extra storage space for your mobile phone .Kingstons 16GB microSDHC flash memory card could be the answer..The card is compliant with the SD Specification Version 2.00 and.will work with newer handsets from manufacturers such as LG .Motorola Nokia RIM and Sony Ericsson.

…Next week T-Mobile is expected to detail plans for its HSPA network confirming strategies that it would again double data speeds. The issue is related to how the cellular market works here unless youre a prepaid customer that purchases devices outright most Americans buy subsidized phones and USB data sticks for mobile broadband in return for a two-year commitment of network services.

T Mobile uses HSPA+ technology for the 4G service. This technology makes surfing faster as compared to that on 3G. I must say Samsung Galaxy 4G is going to get T Mobile a lot of subscribers. But they would soon switch to another service provider when they find T Mobile not keeping up with 4G tools.
