IMPORTANT CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT

Disney Mobile has announced that it will cease its wireless operations as of December 31, 2007. It has been our privilege to serve as your wireless service provider and we want to thank you for your support of Disney Mobile.

We will continue to provide voice, messaging and the Family Center ™ services (Family Locator ™, Family Monitor ™, Family Alert! ™ and Call Control) through December 31, 2007. In addition, billing and customer care support will be available during this time. As of September 27, 2007, downloadable content and other applications are no longer available for purchase.

The Disney Mobile web site will remain in operation to service our existing customers through December 31, 2007.

CLOSING YOUR DISNEY MOBILE ACCOUNT
A Disney Mobile Account Owner can terminate service in one of the following two (2) ways:

Call Guest Services at 1-866-DISNEY2 (or 1-866-347-6392) and request to terminate all lines of Disney Mobile service on your account; or
Contact another wireless service provider to transfer your Disney Mobile number(s) to that wireless service provider and your Disney Mobile service will terminate automatically once the phone number(s) successfully transfers to your new provider.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BE BILLED FOR DISNEY MOBILE SERVICE THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2007 UNLESS YOU TERMINATE YOUR SERVICE EARLIER BY USING ONE OF THE TWO METHODS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM
In consideration of any inconvenience this may cause you and your family, Disney Mobile will be providing a Reimbursement Program to Disney Mobile Account Owners covering Disney Mobile handsets, as well as accessories and downloaded content purchased directly through Disney Mobile. The Disney Mobile Reimbursements will be processed upon full payment of final bill and termination of your account. Click on the link Disney Mobile Reimbursement Program for complete details.

TRANSFERRING YOUR DISNEY MOBILE PHONE NUMBER TO ANOTHER PROVIDER
If you want to retain your Disney Mobile phone number and transfer it to Verizon Wireless or another wireless carrier, we encourage you to sign up for service with Verizon Wireless or the other carrier before November 30, 2007. This will ensure there is adequate time to transfer your phone number. Please do not close your Disney Mobile account until your new carrier successfully transfers your Disney Mobile phone number onto their service (See http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/NumberPortability/ to learn more about porting your number to a new carrier).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Further information is provided in the following page.

We at Disney Mobile have truly valued your business and apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.

Default Re: Important Disney Mobile Announcement:

We keep seeing all the MVNOs failing...it's too bad. I take it that Disney Mobile was on Verizon's network, as they are encouraging migration over to Verizon before any other network.
