JeffM is an unknown quantity at this point
Main Cell Phone Carrier: Verizon
Main Phone: VX8800
Default Video and pictures

Not real sure where to put this in the forum but I have a VX8800 (Venus). I like the phone but any pictures or video I take and store on the mini SD card I can't retrieve form an external card reader. It shows nothing on the card. The phone says the card has the information and I can see it but once I pull the card nothing shows up on a reader. I tried BITPIM and it shows the videos but with 0 bytes used. Any suggestions on how to get this stuff off the card and into somewhere I can use it?

Thanks.

The videos are stored in a folder entitled "my_flix". This folder (along with several other folders) is automatically created by the phone once the microSD card is inserted into it. When you insert the microSD card into your card reader, go to the ROOT menu of the card. All the folders should show up there.
