Verizon Wireless is scheduled to release a handset from LG dubbed the VX9100. The previous VX9000 appeared to be a crude attempt by LG at entering the PDA handset market. It's still unknown as to what type of handset this unit will be, but it's expected to be either an updated version to the VX9000 or Verizon Wireless's version of the LG Rumor released for Sprint Nextel (which I highly doubt being that the enV would be a direct competitor for this handset).
This handset will include a rather large touchscreen

The LG VX9100 has been "confirmed" and is dubbed the actual enV 2. It will retain the small screen of it's predecessor (no touchscreen people) with the folding design still in place. The device is said to be rectangular in shape resembling the Upstage over on Sprint Nextel.

9100 resembles that device but is more square (shorter in length) and has a different key layout.
Is the external display vaguely the same though? Kind of small don't you think? They could've at LEAST made it the same size as the enV.
