Well the only reason verizon doesn't offer nights and weekends at 7 is because they aren't trying to attract kids or teenagers if you notice vzw colors are black and red they wanna attract business men and women or in other words the corporate world and they focus on income as oppose to customer satisfaction unlike T-Mobile which the colors are white and pink meant to attract women and young teens especially with the side kick with the plans they offer they give you so many options to go with it but what gets sacrificed some times reception and other times they just don't have certain phones but it is what it is to eaches own take heed to what I was saying about which particular audience same goes for at&t and sprint
Wow, that was a great attempt but your explanation has many flaws in it. If that's the case, what crowd is the V/enV and u740/Voyager geared toward? Not to mention the Chocolate series?

In an attempt to begin to attract a different audience of potential suitors they have done what any other company would have done none the less that doesn't shift what they are geared and focused towards if you were known for selling pancakes and then began to sell sausages with your
pancakes will you totally abandon what has gotten you to where you were? I wouldn't and verizon as I said is geared towards that business audience and as I said of course in an attempt (because they are a business) to attract any suitors they will do what they can but not like say a t-mobile would do and that's very obvious not only in advertising but in devices and customer service as you know they are all multi faceted but they do have a goal in mind think about how many business' and how much of a hit VZW would take if they just started to gear themselves towards teens that's not what they are based on nor are most not all but most of the devices they have name 5 devices geared toward teens or anything other then the business world well tmobile has 3 different sidekicks out the wing and the dash and thats just for starters as well as the few business devices they have now we all know tmobile isn't geared toward the business world as say a verizon or at&t is and that's aslo evident in the rate plans ever noticed how VZW plans almost never change almost and if they do its minutes never really price but trust I have respect for you and I hear what your saying but with the exp. And knowledge I have I wouldn't have said it if I was uninformed about it

Actually? T-Mobile uses Magenta and White because those are the colors their parent company, Deutsche Telekom use...the same reason as to verizon uses black and red (Verizon Communication are the US side parents, vodafone use pretty much red and white...so red is the common colar there).
But, as we both have said, to each their own, yes, VZW doesn't offer 7PM nights, because the people who chose VZW know that before hand, if that is an important feature, then people look to other carriers.
It would be the equivalent of looking at buying a truck, then finding out the ride is harsh...sure, it works, but perhaps a car would be more suited...you know?

My misinformed friend, the handsets you just named are PDAs/smartphones. These type of handsets are geared towards the BUSINESS CROWD, so your explanation is contradicting itself. While Verizon Wireless doesn't carry the HTC Dash (Motorola Q is a direct competitor with it), they do carry the Wing (VX6800) with 3G capability and WiFi. I'm still not understanding your point

Don't forget the 5800 as well! And all of the blackberries that Tmobile carries, such as the pearl, the curve, the 7100...
The argument that Tmobile caters to teens and the like and NOT to business self destructs based off of that fact...

Point proven, I'm still not understanding the statement he's trying to make...

My original point was what the colors represented since we are getting so off track and more into the device and business side of things don't forget the 5800 as well! And all of the blackberries that Tmobile Carries, such as the pearl, the curve, the 7100...i believe i did state the blackberries as business devices in my original post .....he argument that T mobile caters to teens and the like and NOT to business self destructs based off of that fact... you previously stated you didn't even know what my point was I'm extremely confused at that well the original fact was what the colors represent I'm just gonna leave it at that i apologize if i was mistaken on several fronts I'm sure I'll be talking to you guys again real soon ....good posting

All I'm saying is that simply basing what devices a carrier offers is in no way indicative of their business model...
Simply put, the only carriers that I can see truly catering to the youth market are the true pre paids, such as Virgin Mobile, Helio, Boost Mobile and the like...
Everybody else, I doubt could really care less who buys what, as long as they are keep ARPU up...
heres a round on me and I'm glad we could hold some valid points into try to solidify exact answers that was the key see how we get on in accurate things??? that shows this forum is no joke and the truth hands down everyone is on their P.& Q's we are all very serious i knew the info was not exact and much of your responses were concise more importantly accurate this forum rocks....

Discussion well done, and I was in no way trying to belittle you. I was just saying based off your posting devices, I didn't see how T-Mobile catered toward women and teenagers. I'll be more than glad to continue this discussion with you later on.
