Default text problems
Does anyone know why Verizon will not get text messages from Cincinnati Bell. I can send text to Bell users but can not receive them. I have talked with verizon numerous times but they keep telling me wait 72hrs. I have done this since the 17th of December. I can get text from all others and can send to all. I have talked to both and they both say it's the others fault...Help

I just read in another thread about a forum member calling a CSR and they said that "We are working on it right now". Hope that helps.
