Back in August, Gizmodo had heard rumors about a 15 phone barrage that was coming to VZW (link).
You'll note that I don't care about the rest of those phones (FWIW, a quick once-over indicates that the rest of them came out) because the most interesting one was never heard from again.
Anybody heard any rumors? What's going on with the HTC Libra? Is this another XV8600?

Being that it was supposed to be released back in September I believe, I think VZW may have dropped the handset.

Yeah, it does make sense. I just figured I would've at least heard about it on the gadget blogs if that was the case. I'm pretty sure the phone didn't have a zomg touchscreen, but it still looked pretty swanky. Number pad on the outside, full QWERTY inside, WinMo6... oh well.
Looks like it's back to the Sammy and hoping it doesn't have VZW's UI on it. I'll just cry if it does, because there isn't another phone out there that I want, and I'm beyond tired of the 8600.

As much as I want to say it won't have the tainted VZW UI loaded on it, I'm also 99.9% sure it will have it as well.
