VZWs Music Manager software (supposedly makes it easier to transfer music *some say ringtones as well* to your handset) and the LG driver for your computer. It also comes with the USB as well

I am a little behinf the times right now. I just recently switched from the Samsung SCH-u740 to the LG VX10000.

I really like the Voyager but I seem to be having a little problem with texting while using the QWERTY keyboard. I noticed that when I am typing a text message and I need to insert a quotation mark, I press the "Sym" key and then "K" to get to the quotation mark. The quotation mark is inserted but is also tagged along with "uh,"... so it looks like this when I insert a quotation mark ** "uh, ** (minus the stars of course)

Does anyone know why this is or how to fix it?

That's the auto format of the phone, you can easily turn that feature off by changing the input setting of your handset.
