Well, I bought a sidekick 2008 maybe around the first week or second week of october. And It fell and now the screen doesn't work. So i called asurion because i put insurance on the phone. They say I have to pay $140.00 when the phone gets delivered. Can't i just give the broken phone back, and they wont charge me. Ain't that usually how it goes?

nope. all of the "insurance" plans have a deductible.
