Angry Nightmare with @home

had @home for about a week ... the whole transition is completely a nightmare

First they disabled my primary line and ported my old number to my primary cell phone instead of @home. Have to wait 24-48 hrs to get this fixed.

Now I am having trouble with some IVR systems. Some of IVR systems will not accept my entry. I can't get on my ATT conference bridge! Spent whole day yesterday with CSR and finally been told it is a known issue right before midnight but they won't be able to issue a tech support ticket for another 24-48 hrs!

Another weird thing is my calls go to some random number, especially when speed dial is used (that is 50% of chance).

Googled a lot .. not seeing many complains with @home. I might be the luckiest to have the worst service.

Anyone can help to solve the IVR issue? Thanks!

Yeah I usually have heard nothing but good things with the @Home service, sorry this seems to be happening but they say everything happens for a reason.
