Default Caller ID incorrect

I have called customer service numerous times in regards to an incorrect ID showing up when I call anyone. Customer service acknowledges I have called frequently to have this corrected and assure me they will make the change, however, no changes are made. Any clues what I can do to have this remedied?

I called yesterday for the same thing. My co-worker has tmobile and her Caller ID works and shows her name. Mine says 'out of area'. Support told me to wait until Tue to see if the issue is fixed for me.

When you call CC ask the rep to make sure the correct name is saved in the voicemail parameters as well as your profile page. A switched on rep will know what you're talking about. Sometimes this step is skipped (not in the CSR instructions, from experience) so even though the correct ID is in the field it won't go through. Failing that after 72 hours you can ask to have it escalated to Verisign who deal with the caller ID....
