I have been with T-Mobile for over a year now and have the worst luck with their phones. I have had 8 different phones that i had to send back because of defects. All of them have been covered with the manufactures warranty. I bought a new phone about a month ago and it has problems already and they just want to send me a refurbed replacement and i told them i wont do that because with my experience they never work right. I'll just end up sending it back. Is this anyway i could get around getting another refurb and them just letting me pay the difference and get a new phone? This is getting really old sending them back one after another just for them to send me another one i will have to send back because it doesn't work right. Any help would be apprciated
