How to change text message tone on my Curve?

Hi, I am wondering how to change the text message tone on my phone, if I can change which items are shown on my themes, how to get my phone to alert me when I receive an Yahoo IM, and how to set up my hotmail email address with the phone? I set other email address up with it already, but I am having trouble with hotmail. Thanks!

I can take the 1st 2 questions... Options/Profiles/Advanced/Menu Key - Edit/Scroll down to SMS Text to change the Tone used.

You cannot change the items on the "Today" themes. If you mean the Zen-sytle themes and want to change which 5 apps are shown, that's quite simple. Just press Applications and with all the apps showing, click on an app, press menu and then "Move"... just drag the ones you want up to the top of the list.

For Yahoo:
same thing as he said above except scroll down to Yahoo Messenger New Message and change the tone

As for the Hotmail, its really tough, but you have to make sure you have pop3 access turned on with Hotmail and then you should beable to just set it up like you did your other accounts. I don't actually have Hotmail, so I'm not able to walk you through those steps.

The easiest way to setup Hotmail is via Tmobile.com.

Login and on the main screen click on Phone & Accesories

On the right side of the page is a box called Resources and in that box is the option to "Set up Blackberry Internet Email" click on this

Here is where you can "Add an Existing Email Account" open this and you will need to input your email address and password and you will be up and running in no time.

One note though. I have talked to Tmobile about Hotmail and they said that Blackberry doesn't support it. I have it on mine and have never had a problem.

Yes, I have tried it and I still have problems. I think it is because I have the free hotmail service.

I also have a free hotmail account too and don't have any problems. I do know that T-mobile won't help because Hotmail is technically not a supported email type. Good luck with it.
