Mda Help!!!

hey guys i recently recieved a raplacement MDA from tmobile. when turn it on i dont get EDGE! i got edge in my room where im trying before, but for some reason when i boot up the replacement it only access GPRS! anyyone know why? i did the latest update. iv tried to hard restore the device and pretty much anything possible. anyone know what to do to get EDGE again?

First I would say power cycle your phone...if that doesn't work, try to re-setup your network connection via the T-mobile settings configuration.

If that does not work, call T-mobile's Customer Care and see what they can do to help.

you probably are getting edge, but it's only showing the "G" for gprs. I' had to hard reset my phone, when I' installed something and it would not work and when it started back up it was only showing the g. Had to hard reset a couple of times to get it back on. But you will still get edge speeds, it's just looks like gprs.
