Default T-Mobile having issues with Network Address Book

I can't get either of my Samsungs to sync their contacts. The last time I sync'd was early September and both phones synced fine. My phone says "Sync Failed" and my wife's phone says a different message entirely. When I attempt to sync her phone, it says "Invalid Credentials."
I spend almost 90 minutes on the phone, and was escalated twice to higher tech support levels. They said that I was the second person that reported problems with the Network Address Book. They made a trouble ticket, as it was nearly 6:00 and they probably wouldn't get to it this late on a Sunday evening.
Has anybody else with a newer Samsung tried to sync their contacts lately?
It has been a great feature up until now...

Mine's still out here (9:00 P.M. Oklahoma time). Had another poster over at HoFo that said he's getting the invalid credentials message as well.
