Main Cell Phone Carrier: T-Mobile
Main Phone: V3t, V360
Default Web access/ messaging

A quick couple of questions, First: I have an app on my phone that, for the lack of a better term, pings a website every so often, and I don't have web service enabled, does that run off my minutes or am I charged for the time used?

Second what is the max picture/sound message I can sent through the messaging service?

Third: My buddy tried sending me a Pic message with sound and it would not download, and it tried all day to do it, Is it related to the above? We both have Tmo and his will take it and mine won't.

Any help would be great.

Telling us what kind of cell phone you use will help.

As for your first question, as long as you have the Total Internet Data plan, BIS Data Plan, or Sidekick Data plan than you should not have to worry about being charged extra for it.

If you don't, expect a big bill when your bill comes in.

If you don't have web access set up on your account, I don't see how you are getting connected to a web site. Although I don't believe that you would incur any charges from this, I would put a call into T-Mobiles CSD just to confirm.

I haven't run into any restrictions on the pictures that I send/receive, so I'm not sure what the highest size would be.

Have you been able to send and receive picture messages before? If not, you will need to call Customer Care and have them provision your account with the correct MMS settings.
