Mine works on the Tmobile page, however my acct on Tzones still says unavailable. They still cant make up their minds on weather they are deducting minutes or not from my prepaid balance however, sometimes they do, and sometimes they dont!

It still doesn't work on mine either. I wonder when it will be fixed.

Sometimes they don't take the minutes out when you use them?

LOL yep, it started doing it last week, in fact I was getting ready to fill all our phones when I found out that prepaid wasnt working right and they weren't deducting minutes. I had 41 minutes left and talked on it for almost a week without any change, both my sons were around 20 mins each and they talk alot more than I do and their balances never moved until yesterday.
Now one son is at zip and the other is at like 14 minutes, I'm still at 30, sometimes it deducts and sometimes it doesn't. So it must be coming back online. I gotta refill them today, I dont want to lose their accts.

Only one time it didn't take my minutes out right away. I looked at My Account on T-Zones, and I saw that it didn't change. So I went to the T-Zones form the Menu, and I hit "Clear cache". After that, I went back to it and it changed it. So I guess it still had the minutes from the time before.

Ours have been totally nuts! My son's phone that still has 14 minutes on it. He's been talking away on his and they havent deducted a thing since yesterday. He's been using #999# to check his minute usage and it hasnt changed. Just as a back up I log on to MyTmobile and check his from there and its the same balance. Its just the system thats still screwed up. Yesterday at one point they charged me 3 minutes for an 8 minute call, whatever, I'll take it.
