Default New T-mobile Customer

Hello -

Just wanted to see if anyone knew the answer to my question...I'm a new T-mobile customer that recently moved from Canada. Long story short - I was unable to get on any other plan than Flex-pay due to my lack of US credit history.

I am unable to get blackberry plan with unlimited SMS & data plan they originally said i could, which is part of the reason I signed up as well...this is the main reason I am really cheesed. i am stuck paying for voice, e-mail, & data - plus every single text that i want to send.

This really gets my goat, as they didn't tell me this until after I signed up with them, and after they sent me the blackberry in Canada.

Can anyone help a frustrated girl out and tell me how long i am going to have to stick with this flex pay before i can get a regular plan?

Thanks.

Default Re: New T-mobile Customer

you cant switch until you've established credit. give it at least 6 months before you ask them as they'll use your payment history as credit.
