T-mobile announced today that they will be offering unlimited minutes and messages for $99.99 a month. As of this Thursday, Feb 21st 2008, T-mobile will make this plan available.

Default seems like tmo unlmited plan confirmed
From what i found tmobile is launching an unlimited plan starting 2/20 for 99.99 which comes with unlimited voice and msging. it will require a new 2y contract for new and existing customers enjoy

I hope T-Mobile isn't requiring a 2 year contract extension with this unlimited plan, since Verizon and AT&T aren't pushing the contract extension to their customers.
