Well, my w580i has a full web browser built in, an rss reader, an awesome mp3 player for a normal phone, 2 megapixel camera that takes awesome pics, can connect to multiple bluetooth devices at once, running multiple applications at once (ex:gmail, google maps, and an IM app all at the same time). All in one small stylish little package.

The only problem with my w580i is the cracking keys issue. My 1,6,and 7 keys are cracked, I still haven't called SE about this, but from what i've read they replace the phone, as its a widespread issue. I believe the newer models aren't affected.

The myFaves software is one, and T-mobile still has no agreement with SE to sell their mobile phones. ATT got it, as did Rogers in Canada, I wonder if their models have the same issue mine did with cracked keys. I should call SE tomorrow, but it always slips my mind. It just looks ugly, I'm not really losing any functionality or anything.

We are having the same issue and some of them probably will be recalled. also our new batch we jsut got are fine.

It was supposed to be if the w580i was manufactured after a certain week of the year, i think week 24 or 25, then no issue. I have a week 29 model and i'm still getting it. I hope it doesn't affect any models manufactured after week 30, as i'm sure that is one i would get next. I have the grey/blue one, now i kinda want the white/orange since its different, but i haven't seen it in person. Have you? If so, how would you compare the 2? I really like the grey/blue combo, its sharp, but a different color would be refreshing!
