Default how do i do a hard reset
I have a RIZR, it's unlocked, I don't know if that matters, but I want to do a hard reset of the phone. I've already backed everything up I just don't know how to follow thru with the reset. How do i do it?

you want a master reset. a hard reset is like if the phone freezes then you take the battery out while it's still on (and can't turn off) if i remember correctly
