Default Coverage Improvements

Post all of the locations where T-Mobile needs to improve coverage in your area. Maybe after the list gets long, one of us can email it to T-Mobile so they can see a lot of the places that they need more towers.

Coverage is very good in Okla. City. I live in one of the weakest reception areas of the city, and they have a new tower in the works.

In order for T-mobile to file a trouble ticket or other necessary request to improve coverage, they require the customer to be AS SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE. In the past they have required me to tell them a SPECIFIC ADDRESS, but intersection cross-streets MAY work as well. I don't suggest posting specific addresses on a public forum, but if you can at least post the nearest intersection, city, state, zip code... AND THEN CALL T-MOBILE AND FILE A TROUBLE TICKET AT THE SPECIFIC ADDRESS AFFECTED, that would probably be very helpful!

I didn't want to ask for the address, like you said, it is a public forum. Zip codes and streets would be nice though.

Call it in to customer care.. Just remember that they most likely compile it into a database and more than one complaint will be needed in order to actually have an engineer get involved. Engineers are aware of most coverage issues based on the RF maps and can also monitor when the network is busy, frequent dropped calls and network busy times, etc. Like most carriers the consideration of improving coverage is going to be based on revenue for providing service to that area, not that one family can't make calls at home
