Question last billing on cancellation not received after following up several times

Can someone please connect me to a tmobile rep.. I called up the tmobile customer service 5 times before I left and made sure that i will get my last bill online and not manually mailed because i would be on europe tour.

Inspite of that they have not yet sent me one.. Never had such a problem with any other service.. can someone please help?

Go to http://www.t-mobile.com log in with your mobile number and password. Cruise on over to the PAY BILL button next to your balance. Under your balance you'll see links to billing details and the like. You'll be able to download the information.

This all assumes you've visited T-Mobile on-line in the past and have a password or are still connected to them. It's been a while but as I recall they send you a password via SMS the first time when you register. If you are no longer with T-Mobile getting the SMS might be a trick.

I hope this addresses the concerns you've raised which appear to be
1- How do I review my bill on line?
2- How do I pay my bill on line?

It does not address the underlying concern of :
Why is T-Mobile customer service so sorry when it comes to special requests?

Did you get your "This is not Burger King" e-mail?
