Just wanted to drop in and introduce myself. I am a relatively new user for TMobile that recently switched from AT&T/Cingular. I am slightly disappointed in the reception, but very happy with the prices.

N00b question of the day, is it the phone or the service that gives better reception? (or is that supposed to be posted in another area?) I just upgraded to the Nokia 5310 and am still waiting for its delivery.

Looking forward to lots of helpful information and offering as much as I can to this community.

Well, phones do make a difference in recpetion. Nokia is generally very good in the recpetion dept.
