To be honest (even though I haven't used the 8120), the 8120 includes everything the 8130 has except for GPS and EV-DO (and the 8130 doesn't have WiFi). But I can say that when I did have the 8130, it was a nice little piece of craftsmanship. But like I stated before, I'm a QWERTY man lol.
