Woah, it's been a while since i've been here, and stuff really has changed.
Well, lets see... When will T-Mobile launch 3G? I dunno... And Sony Ericsson announced the availability of the Z750a clamshell for AT&T, its first 3G phone for the U.S. market. The Z750 has tri-band 850/1900/2100 HSDPA, for global 3G roaming. It also has a 2 megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth and a full HTML browser. It will be cost $50 after $100 rebate and will be available in early April ![]() So, What would your list of phones be if you were in charge of bringing in 3 Phones for T-Mobile. Like if you were in charge? What phones would you want, and exclusively sell to the public? (And lets say that 3G is already Deployed for the T-Mobile Network, or atleast EGPRS 2, which will further increase EDGE uplink and downlink speeds to 1.2Mbps and 472Kbps, respectively.) (And remember, The first 3G systems were capable of data transmission at speeds up to 384K bps but can now support downloads in the megabit per second range thanks to HSDPA systems. NTT DoCoMo's network in Japan currently offers download speeds up to 3.6M bps <u>and from April 1 will support up to 7.2M bps.</u> <i>Such technology is expected to scale up to around 100M bps but there's a big gap between that point and 4G speeds of 1G bps.</I> More of a thread, this looks like a poll.... ![]() Well, here are my phones: 1. Nokia N96 2. Nokia N810 3. -Undecided- Which phones would YOU bring if you were to pick for the entire nation?

1) Sony Ericsson W760i
2) T-Mobile MDA Compact IV 3) This one is more so a phone that they will later create as a successor to the other Sidekick. A Sidekick 5. with the same design, and slimness as the Sidekick LX; but not as long, and better made, including as plastic, keyboard or any keyboard besides that card board feeling one. A 2 Megapixel Camera with Flash, and autofocus (Hopefully that will have it to take great pictures) w/ Video Camera, Louder Speaker, 3G, and thats about it. Thats all I need. And have it in a variety of colors like Blue, Black, Green, and limited edition one. Actually it would be nice if it could have all those features, and have the exchange of the Sidekick iD bumpers but smaller bumpers so it wouldn't make it bulky. This just how I think I would my dream phone to be. Oh yeah, Kudos for the great thread ![]()

Now that I saw the HTC Dual Touch on Gizmodo I think I would like that too. I didn't see the Suretype Keyboad, and all when I first saw it, and it look like it could be a T-Mobile Shadow II

If it means my girlfriend can use her next Sidekick for more than a pretty mini-keyboard and clock, not at all.. =D WinMo would legitimise that fat price tag for Sidekicks, IMO..
