I am not sure. It's possoble. The lady on the phone said it was a problem that they were working on and guessed it may have had to do with our extreme cold here in Chicago earlier this week. However as cold as it was, it wasn't as cold as it can get...

The service seems to be better the last few days. Surprisingly I didn't really experience any problems on my phone, but my wife's phone, and the others on our family plan, had numerous issues. This weekend, things seemed to be working better.
