anybody else seeing call-waiting issues, such as no c?w indication, and then VM showing up?

Calvin, as long as you have the CW feature set to on, with the handset that you are using, all of your calls should be coming through. If you continue to experience problems with this I would give T-Mobiles CSD a call and report the issue. This may be a problem that will need to be corrected from their end.....All my calls come through when I'm using the Web. on my Curve.
